Prince of Persia movie location announced

The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time movie will be shot in Morocco, as reported on Wednesday by Morocco’s Dune Films company.

The company has also revealed that scouting and casting begins on March 17.

    I don’t think Iran is appropriate scene for what they may be looking for, even though Iran is my beautiful country… I just hope Jerry Bruckheimer does not screw this up. Make it scary, make it beautiful, make it unforgettable. I wish they put Michael Bay to direct (Transformers, Bad Boys) as a director for Transformers, he made everything look simply amazing. He is a fantastic director. Hope Jerry doesn’t make Prince Of Persia: Sands Of Time BORING. I love Prince Of Persia. More than any other game there is and will ever be made. It makes us persians proud. I hope the movie will be as perfect.

    morocco is a great place to film this as it is where i come from and i love prince of persia,i cannot wait to watch the film

    Who ever said F…. Morocco is the most ignorent person on earth! First the us doesn’t have diplomatical relations with iran . So hollywood is definitly not going there. Then Morocco is a beautifull country where hollywood movie studios are allready in place.Movies like the gladiator were filmed there. Plus its is a friendly western country where we condemn terrorism unlike IRAN.
