Tips on how to beat Kaileena aka the empress (the chick with the red dress).

Always jump over her head when striking.
Keep running away from tornados to an area where it's clear.
Get out of the way of tornados by rolling to the side.
When Kaileena raises her blades... get out of the way!

Personally, I had a lot of trouble with Kaileena. I found that the easiest way to beat her at the end, is to find the lightsaber-ish sword (it slices, it dices, it cuts everything to ribbons!), and bring it to the final battle. If you die, you have to reload though, you lose the sabre if you simply reset the area.

While fighting her, immediately use slow-mo and attack her with the 3-hit secondary attack combo again and again. Forget about running out of sand, because after 2 or 3 slow-mos you will have done enough damage to make her start summoning tornados. Dodge these (like Popfan says, roll a lot!) and collect more sand. When she is finished, start the process again. Before long, you will have beaten her!
